When the weather is warm, you can find us outside, grilling all the things and burgers happen to be one of our favorites.
I love to twist up classics to create epic burgers like this Chicken Caesar burger. It features all the flavors you love in a Caesar salad but in burger form! It’s fabulous!
I love a good beef burger just like the next person but what I really love is a chicken burger.
These chicken burgers are packed with parmesan cheese, minced onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon and fresh parsley.
Then they’re placed onto a Pepperidge Farm® Bakery Classics Hamburger bun and topped with lettuce, tomato and Caesar dressing.

Then my favorite part of these burgers…the parmesan cheese crisp.
Parmesan cheese is classic in a Caesar salad and these burgers have it inside the patties and also a parmesan cheese crust on top.
The parmesan cheese crisps only take 5 minutes in the oven so don’t skip this step. It’s a patty of cheese after all, so why would you?!

Chicken Caesar Burgers
Yield 4 servings
The classics of a Caesar salad turned into these epic Chicken Caesar Burgers with a juicy and flavorful patty, Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese crisps! They'll rock your World!
Parmesan Cheese crisp
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1lb ground chicken
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, shredded
2 teaspoons Worchestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons red onion, grated
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Building your burger
Pepperidge Farm Hamburger Buns

Parmesan cheese crisp
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place a silpat or parchment paper onto a sheet pan and place 2 tablespoons of cheese onto pan and press down lightly. Bake for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Move to a paper towel lined plate to cool.
- Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix together. Form into 4 burger patties and grill over medium heat for 5 minutes per side.
- Onto the bottom of your hamburger bun, place Caesar dressing, followed by romaine, chicken burger, parmesan crisp, tomato, Caesar dressing and top bun.
