The classics of a Caesar salad turned into these epic Chicken Caesar Burgers with a juicy and flavorful patty, Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese crisps!  They'll rock your World!

Ingredients

Parmesan Cheese crisp

1 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Burger Patties

1lb ground chicken

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, shredded

2 teaspoons Worchestershire sauce

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons red onion, grated

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Pepperidge Farm Hamburger Buns

Caesar dressing

Romaine lettuce

parmesan cheese crisp (recipe below)

tomato slices

Instructions

Parmesan cheese crisp

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Place a silpat or parchment paper onto a sheet pan and place 2 tablespoons of cheese onto pan and press down lightly.  Bake for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.  Move to a paper towel lined plate to cool.

Burger Patties

  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix together.  Form into 4 burger patties and grill over medium heat for 5 minutes per side.
  2. Onto the bottom of your hamburger bun, place Caesar dressing, followed by romaine, chicken burger, parmesan crisp, tomato, Caesar dressing and top bun.
