Breakfast, the most important meal of the day.

The easiest and most fun way of showing your kids, “I’m a cool mom and I will serve you a fun breakfast.”  That’s what these Fruity Breakfast Waffle Nachos are.

I also print them off these fun BINGO cards from “Spirit Riding Free” on Netflix so they can play along while watching the show.  They use chocolate chips as markers.

I love to send me kids off to school with a smile on their face.  Makes their whole day start off better when they have a belly full of food and spirit in their heart.

Who wouldn’t go off to school with a permanent smiling after playing enjoying Fruity Breakfast Waffle Nachos?!

They usually have about an hour before school starts, so in the mornings they catch a little TV and lately, have been loving, “Spirit Riding Free,” on Netflix, my daughter especially.

I love the entire message behind the show.  It’s about Lucky, a strong independent girl, who isn’t afraid of anything.  She grows into a powerful young woman with courage, strength with a loving bond for her horse, Spirit.

In today’s World I want my daughter to know she is capable of anything she puts her mind to.  It’s one thing to hear it coming from her parents but it’s another to hear it coming from her favorite TV show to instill the message inside of her.

My kids are huge fans of nachos and waffles so I figured I’d marry the two ideas together and came up with these Fruity Breakfast Waffle Nachos.

Fruity Breakfast Waffle Nachos

These Fruity Breakfast Waffle Nachos couldn’t be simpler.  All you need is Kellogg’s Eggo Chocolatey Chip Frozen Waffles, assorted chopped fruit, and Reddi-Wip.  I was able to pick up all the ingredients I needed in one quick trip to Walmart.

My kids have loved Eggo waffles since they were babies.  They’re warm, fluffy and delicious and when topped with Reddi-Wip, which uses less hydrogenated oils than other frozen whipped toppings, as  real cream is a top priority, they’re a perfect combo.

The next morning, my daughter and I assembled the Fruity Breakfast Waffle Nachos and I printed off a “Spirit Riding Free” Bingo game for my kids to play while they watched the show before school that day.

They had so much fun playing Bingo and they LOVED the waffles.

These Fruity Breakfast Waffle Nachos will have your kids jumping for joy at breakfast time!
