The holidays are my favorite and I’ll shout it from the rooftops!

Yes, they can be busy and stressful but at the end of the day, I’m so happy to be surrounded by the ones I love, in my own home.

And Shortcuts.  I am thankful for shortcuts.  There should be no shame in shortcuts.

These festive Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha Cookie Cups use a few shortcuts and no one would be the wiser.  And quite frankly, who cares, they’re amazing!

When pumpkin spice season is over, I’m screaming hallelujah because the real flavor of the season can shine; peppermint.

Ever since I was little I have loved peppermint and that still rings true today!

My holiday cookie trays are filled with peppermint and chocolate goodness and these Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha Cookie Cups are no exception.

Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha Cookie Cups

You start with store-bought sugar cookie dough, or you can make your own, but those already portioned out packs are perfect for this.

Place them into a mini muffin tin and bake.  As soon a they come out, use a tart press and press down the center.  Allow to cool.

Once cooled, you’re going to fill them with delicious and decadent Torani White Chocolate Sauce.

This house runs on coffee and Torani is right there along with it.  From their syrups to their sauces, you name it and we’ve got it stocked.

Torani has authentic coffeehouse flavor for over 90 years, can be used to make delicious mochas and as dessert topping and is made with real, simple ingredients like pure cane sugar & natural flavors

These Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha Cookie Cups are easy, filled with a peppermint mocha mousse and then drizzled with Torani Dark chocolate sauce and sprinkled with crushed peppermint candies.

Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha Cookie Cups are filled with white chocolate sauce, peppermint mocha mousse, a drizzle of dark chocolate sauce and sprinkled with crushed peppermint candies.  The epitome of the season!

Ingredients

  • 1 (16oz package) pre-portioned sugar cookie dough
  • 1/2 cup Torani White Chocolate Sauce
  • 6 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon coffee extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup Torani Dark Chocolate sauce
  • 8 peppermint candies, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place sugar cookie dough into each well of a mini muffin pan.  Bake for 12 minutes.  Using a tart tamper, slightly press down into the middle of each cookie cup to create a well.  Allow to cool in pan for 5 minutes and then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
  2. When cooled, fill each well with 1 teaspoon Torani White chocolate sauce.
  3. Into a microwaveable bowl, melt chocolate and water, in 30 second intervals, until melted.  Stir in vanilla and peppermint   Place bowl into an ice bath (a larger bowl filled with ice and water) and stir until cooled.  Remove from ice bath and fold in whipped topping.
  4. Fill cookie cups with peppermint mocha mousse. Drizzle with Torani Dark chocolate sauce and sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies.
