Eat, Drink and Celebrate the Season

This post is sponsored by BabbleBoxx.com

It’s time to Eat, Drink and Celebrate the Season. Treat yourself to a little bit of holiday TLC and “take back the holiday season.”

Eat, Drink and Celebrate the Season

Tis the season for crazy schedules, non stop taxi service and finally scoring the perfect gift for the hard to buy person on your list.

You know what you need right now?  A little Holiday TLC.  In the form of prosecco, chocolate, the scent of a freshly cut tree and ice cream!

Sounds like the perfect night in to me.  You in?

This weekend I am going to put the kids to bed, turn on my favorite Christmas movie and indulge myself in the spirit.

A lot of times we get caught up in the hubba bubba of the season meanwhile forgetting about oneself.

I suddenly feel like Mila Kunis in Bad Moms.  “It’s time to take back Christmas”  and that i just what I intend to do tonight.

The one thing in my home that reminds me of my father in law, year after year are these Spiced Pine Cone scented ornaments and ScentSicles Table Ornaments in White Winter Fir:

We have an artificial tree, that was passed down to me from my mom, but I’ve always loved the scent of a real tree.

So, my father in law introduced me to these ornaments and I’ve been hanging them on my tree ever since.

Head on over to the ScentSicles website and save $5 off purchase of $30 or more with code BABBLEBOXX or $1 off 1 item with code BABBLEBOXX1
Valid through 12/31/2018.

Now that I have the scent of a real tree, it’s time to pour myself a glass of Cinzano Prosecco.

Cinzano Prosecco is a dry sparkling wine, which is fresh, fruity and crisp.

It’s our favorite and we often serve these bellinis on Thanksgiving and Christmas morning.

Prosecco Bellini

3 parts Cinzano Prosecco
1 part fresh peach purée
Pour all ingredients into a chilled flute glass. Stir gently.

The taste of sweet peach is balanced by the dry, crisp acidity in our Cinzano Prosecco. Enjoy as an aperitif or with light appetizers!

Next, I’m going to put on a “Christmas Vacation” and indulge in a little chocolate in the form of these Gray & Smoked Salt Caramels.

Fran’s Chocolate Caramels are certified Fairtrade and Organic.

They’re decadent, soft caramels with a sprinkle of sea salt.  I’m a sweet and salty girl and these artisan chocolates fit the bill!

Once I’ve finished my caramels and have carefully hid them in the refrigerator from the family, I’m going to grab a My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream Double Chocolate.

These My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream come in a variety of flavors but my family loves the cookies and cream, double chocolate and mint chocolate.

My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream is delicious ice cream wrapped in a deliciously sweet pillow of dough.
