It’s summertime baby!  My favorite season has officially started so you can find me outside soaking up every minute of it.

I love the warm weather, refreshing drinks, like NEW Canada Dry Ginger Ale and Lemonade™, and relaxing on my patio, or in our pool.  We don’t live anywhere close to a beach, so I have to bring the beach to us, minus the sand because this mama doesn’t have time for that.

To me, my backyard is my oasis.  With a new set of patio furniture and a new pool, we’re ready to hit summertime running or should I say swimming.

In case you aren’t close to a beach or water, here are 7 ways to find your beach in your own backyard this summer!

Canada Dry Ginger Ale and Lemonade–  Head out to your local Walmart and grab yourself a refreshing beverage.  NEW Canada Dry Ginger Ale and Lemonade is ginger Ale made from real ginger with refreshing lemonade made with real juice, the perfect way to enhance your relaxing moment.  It’s sure to quench your thirst in those hot summer months! It’s a new and refreshing way to relax.

A great book.  or in my case a food magazine.  I live, eat and breathe food so I’ve always got the newest food magazine at my ready.

Snacks.  When it’s summer, I love to eat the seasons best and to me that includes pineapple, strawberries and grapes.  I also added in some cheese and some nuts for variety.

Pool drink floatie.  I just love this Flamingo drink floatie.  For when my raft doesn’t have a cup holder or I’m swimming around, I always know where I can find my can of Canada Dry Ginger Ale and Lemonade

A floppy sun hat-  I just love my hat to keep the sun off my face.  It’s been with me for years and unfortunately, it might be time for a new one!

Music-  Having music is a must for me.  I love to listen to summer jams, like The Beach Boys, so even in the middle of Illinois, I can feel like I’m headed down to Kokomo.  I usually listen to music through my phone, but sometimes I bring my music player outside.

One day while shopping with the kids at Walmart, I happened upon NEW Canada Dry Ginger Ale and Lemonade.  We’ve always been huge fans of ginger ale but with the addition of lemonade it takes it to a whole new level that’s just perfect for summertime sipping.

Ginger Ale and lemonade are both perfect drinks to enjoy while relaxing, but it can be hard to choose between the two. Canada Dry Ginger Ale and Lemonade combines the delicious, crisp taste of ginger ale with refreshing citrus ade.

It’s super important to stay hydrated when the temperatures rise and I can tell you that besides water, we’ll be hydrating with NEW Canada Dry Ginger Ale and Lemonade!

It’s available in 2 liters and a 12 pack of cans, so either way you choose, it’s great to have on hand.

Tell me, how do you like to relax in the summer months?  What are your tips and tricks for an epic summer?

If you need me, I’ll be outside, sipping on NEW Canada Dry Ginger Ale and Lemonade, while working outside on my patio!
