It’s time to face reality…summer is coming to an end. Yes, I’m just as sad as the rest of you but we have good things to look forward to.
We’ve been working hard all Spring and Summer to look good on the beach (honey you look good no matter what, rock what you got). But the reality is, most of us struggle with body image and it’s hard to overcome.

I’m always on a mission to find new and delicious items and I just so happened upon some good foods finds the other day that I think you’re gonna love.

Black Olives are some of my favorite food. I have always loved them. I think I got it from my mama as she loves them too and there’s never a holiday party without them.
