Ingredients
- 1 can Campbell's® Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 5 cans Del Monte® Blue Lake® Cut Green Beans, drained
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup Swanson® Chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup French's Crispy Onions, divided
- 1 1/2 cups white cheddar cheese, divided
Instructions
- In a medium sauce pan, melt butter and saute mushrooms for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spray a 6 quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Place soup, green beans, mushrooms, red peppers, broth, Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 cup crispy onion, 3/4 cup white cheddar into slow cooker. Stir.
- Place lid on top and cook for 2 1/2 hours on high or 5 hours on low.
- Right before serving, top casserole with remaining white cheddar cheese and French's Crispy Onions.
