  1. In a medium sauce pan, melt butter and saute mushrooms for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Spray a 6 quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
  3. Place soup, green beans, mushrooms, red peppers, broth, Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 cup crispy onion, 3/4 cup white cheddar into slow cooker. Stir.
  4. Place lid on top and cook for 2 1/2 hours on high or 5 hours on low.
  5. Right before serving, top casserole with remaining white cheddar cheese and French's Crispy Onions.
