Slow Cooker Goat Cheese Mashed Potatoes

Free up space in your oven this holiday season with these Slow Cooker Goat Cheese Mashed Potatoes. They're tangy and full of garlic flavor from the herb goat cheese, fluffy and irresistibly delicious. They're sure to have your guests going back for seconds!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. Add potatoes, garlic, oil, salt and water and cook on HIGH for 3 hours.
  3. After 3 hours, gently mash the potatoes with a potato masher.
  4. Heat up your milk to about lukewarm.
  5. Add in goat cheese and milk. (I used 1/4 cup, you may need more for a softer consistency)
  6. Stir until all ingredients are incorporated.
  7. Serve immediately or turn slow cooker down to low for up to an additional 2 hours.
