Crisp and sweet Fuji apples, stuffed with crumb topping and Butterfinger® brings your Friendsgiving dessert table to the next level!
1. Hollow out apples and brush lemon juice all around the insides.2. In a medium bowl, combine dried cranberries, walnuts, flour, brown sugar, rolled oats, butter, ground cinnamon, salt and 1⁄2 cup BUTTERFINGER® candy bars.3. Place the mixture evenly into your hollowed-out apples and place into a slow cooker.4. Pour 1 cup of apple cider, apple juice or water into the bottom of your slow cooker.5. Set on low for 2 ½ hours or until tender.6. When ready to serve, place onto a plate and top with ice cream or vanilla yogurt and additional chopped BUTTERFINGER® candy bars.*Depending on the size of your apples, you may have leftover filling.
