  1. Into a large pitcher, place lime juice, coconut water, coconut rum and Sugar Free Raspberry Torani Syrup.  Stir to combine.
  2. Slowly pour club soda into pitcher.  Add fresh raspberries and chopped mint if desired.
  3. Place a few frozen raspberries* into the bottom of a high ball glass and pour in Skinny Raspberries Mojitos.

*Cooks Tip:  Place raspberries on a sheet tray and pop into the freezer until frozen.  A delicious and easy way to avoid a watered down cocktail!
