Ranch BLT Deviled Eggs

Yield 16 egg halves

Flavored with ranch, juicy tomatoes, crisp lettuce and bacon, these Ranch BLT Deviled Eggs couldn't be more tasty and perfect for your next gathering.

  1. Hard Boiled Eggs:
  2. Start by placing your eggs in a medium pot filled with cold water that covers the top of the eggs by at least 1 inch. Set the pot over high heat, uncovered, and just when they come to a boil, turn heat down to a simmer and let simmer for 15 minutes. Once 15 minutes is up, take them off the heat, drain and run cold water over them for a few minutes to cool them down. Peel and halve each egg.
  3. In a medium bowl, stir together egg yolks and mayonnaise through salt and pepper. In a piping bag, or a sandwich bag, place the mayonnaise mixture inside, seal it and snip off the end.
  4. Pipe the filling into each egg halve.
  5. Top with bacon, cherry tomato quarter and a sprig or two of shredded lettuce.
