Flavored with ranch, juicy tomatoes, crisp lettuce and bacon, these Ranch BLT Deviled Eggs couldn't be more tasty and perfect for your next gathering.
Ingredients
8 hard boiled eggs
6 Tablespoons mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Miracle Whip
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon dry ranch seasoning, from the packet
pinch of salt and pepper
4 slices of bacon, chopped
4 cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
shredded iceberg lettuce
Instructions
Hard Boiled Eggs:
Start by placing your eggs in a medium pot filled with cold water that covers the top of the eggs by at least 1 inch. Set the pot over high heat, uncovered, and just when they come to a boil, turn heat down to a simmer and let simmer for 15 minutes. Once 15 minutes is up, take them off the heat, drain and run cold water over them for a few minutes to cool them down. Peel and halve each egg.
In a medium bowl, stir together egg yolks and mayonnaise through salt and pepper. In a piping bag, or a sandwich bag, place the mayonnaise mixture inside, seal it and snip off the end.
Pipe the filling into each egg halve.
Top with bacon, cherry tomato quarter and a sprig or two of shredded lettuce.
