One Pan Tuscan Italian Sausages is a delicious savory dish packed with the big flavors featuring Bertolli pasta sauce cannellini beans, mushrooms, artichokes and nutty farro. Bring the flavors of Tuscany right into your kitchen!
Ingredients
1 package Sweet Italian Style chicken Sausages
1 tablespoon garlic
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
3 oz sliced mushrooms
1 can quartered artichoke hearts
1 cup Bertolli Tomato & Basil Sauce
15.5 oz. Can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup farro
Instructions
Heat a medium skillet over medium heat and brown sausages on all sides. Remove from pan, place onto a plate and set aside.
In the same pan, heat olive oil and saute the garlic.
Add in mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes until soft.
Place artichokes, cannellini beans, pasta sauce and farro.
Nestle the sausages back into the pan and bring pan up to a boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook for 25 minutes or until farro has reached desired consistency.
