- 32 Tostitos® Scoops!® Tortilla Chips
- 1 container Black bean Hummus
- 1 cup corn salsa (Tostitos® Scoops! has a version and it contains black beans, so if you like black beans, grab the jar)
- 1/4 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
- Cilantro for garnish.
Instructions
- Place 1 teaspoon of black bean hummus into the bottom of each Tostitos® Scoops!®
- Top with corn salsa and cheese.
- Garnish with cilantro, if desired.
