Thick slices of pound cake are spread with vanilla bean butter, grilled and topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream making this Grilled Strawberry Shortcake fun for the summertime!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place sliced strawberries into a bowl and top with sugar.  Stir to combine and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill to medium heat.   
  3. Spread Vanilla Bean Honey Butter onto one side of pound cake and place onto grill.  Grill for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Place grilled pound cake onto plates and topped with strawberries and whipped cream.
