Smoky Tortilla chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place cut tortillas onto baking sheet and spray thoroughly with cooking spray.
  3. Sprinkle on spices and salt and bake for 9-11 minutes until crispy.  Set aside

Edamame Guacamole

  1. Into a food processor, add edamame through pepper and puree until smooth.  Place into bowl.
  2. Add avocado into bowl with edamame mixture and mash to combine.
  3. Stir in 1/4 cup pico de gallo
