This dry spice rub is perfect for beef, chicken and pork, comes together in a snap and would make the perfect gift for the grilling dad in your family this Father's Day.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon ground white pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground jalapeno pepper, optional
- 2 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon ground oregano
- 2 tablespoons sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon celery salt
- 1 tablespoon salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Store in an air tight container.
- Use on beef, chicken and pork.
- Rub on meat and refrigerate at least 2 hours before cooking.
