Instructions

Dr Pepper BBQ Sauce

  1. Simmer all ingredients in a medium sauce pan for 30 minutes until thickened. Allow to cool

Dr Pepper Pulled Pork n Mac Sandwiches

  1. Rub pork loin with BBQ rub and place into slow cooker.
  2. Add 1 cup Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce and cook on high 5 hours
  3. Within the last 30 minutes, cook macaroni and cheese according to box directions
  4. Shred pork

To assemble

  1. In a medium skillet, melt butter and add bread slices to toast.
  2. Place pulled pork onto the sandwiches and top with macaroni and cheese.  Place another bread slice on top and slice diagonal.
