Crockpot Chili with Peanut Butter Sandwich Croutons combines your childhood favorite into one bowl of comforting chili to perfectly warm you to your core this crisp and cool Fall season!

Peanut Butter Sandwich Croutons

Instructions

Crockpot Chili

  1. In a medium skillet, brown meat.  Place into Crockpot.
  2. Add remaining ingredients for Crockpot chili and stir to combine.
  3. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours

Peanut Butter Sandwich Croutons

  1. Place a skillet on stove and set over medium heat.
  2. Spread 2 tablespoons Peter Pan® Peanut Butter onto 6 slices of bread and top with another slice of bread
  3. Spread 1/2 tablespoon butter onto top piece of each sandwich
  4. Cook sandwiches until golden brown on each side, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool slight and then slice into small squares
  6. Place on top of chili in bowl.

Notes

*Calories are for 1 bowl of chili plus 1 sandwich; 2 tbsp peanut butter, 2 slices bread and 1/2 tbsp butter.
