This Crab and Everything Bagel Cheese Ball is packed with crab, fresh herbs and rolled in everything bagel seasoning. An appetizer worthy of your next get together!
Ingredients
8 ounces Louis Kemp® Crab Delights® Flake Style, chopped
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature, I used fat free
1 shallot, finely minced
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
Bagel chips, melba toast, crackers, pita chips for serving
Instructions
In the bowl of your stand mixer, crab place cream cheese, shallot, dill, parsley, cream, garlic powder, lemon juice and zest and mix until combined.
Lay out a piece of saran wrap and place mixture into the middle. Form into a ball and wrap into saran wrap. Place into the freezer for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle Everything but the Bagel Seasoning onto a place and roll ball into mixture, thoroughly coating.
Place ball into new piece of saran wrap and place into refrigerator until ready to serve.
