These Banh Mi Sandwiches are packed with bold Asian flavors. Pork is marinated in House of Tsang Szechuan SpicyTM Sauce and their Bangkok Peanut SauceTM dresses the vegetable coleslaw, which is piled high on top the pork. A few peanuts are added for crunch and you've got yourself the perfect Banh mi Sandwich.

  1. In a resealable bag, place pork tenderloin inside and pour in 1 cup of House of Tsang'® Szechuan SpicyTM Sauce. Allow to marinade for 8 hours and up to overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 425ºF. After marinating, place pork into a baking pan and cook for 1 hour or until a meat thermometer inserted into the center of the pork registers 145ºF.
  3. Remove from oven and allow to rest.
  4. While the pork is resting, combine the juice of 1 lime and ¼ cup House of Tsang'® Bangkok Peanut SauceTM . Whisk to combine.
  5. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and fresh ginger. Spread 1 tablespoon onto the bottom bun of all 4 pieces of bread.
  6. When the pork is fully rested, slice thinly and place 3-4 pieces on top of ginger mayonnaise. Top with vegetable peanut coleslaw, a few springs of cilantro and additional chopped peanuts. Place on the top bun and enjoy!
