Layers of fresh strawberries, Sir Bananas™ Bananamilk, and Sir Bananas™ Chocolate Bananamilk make these Banana Split Popsicles irresistible to both adults and children alike.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, add sugar to chopped strawberries and allow to macerate for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
  2. After the berries have released some of their juices, add the berries and juice to a food processor and process until smooth.
  3. Pour into a fine mesh sieve placed over a bowl and push the puree through sieve to remove any seeds and chunks
  4. Pour 1.5 tablespoons of strawberry puree into the bottom of your Popsicle mold. Freeze for at least 1 hour.
  5. On top of frozen strawberry puree, add 1 Tablespoon Sir Bananas™ Bananamilk. Freeze at least 1 hour
  6. On top of Sir Bananamilk™ layer, add 1 Tablespoon Sir Bananas™ Chocolate Bananamilk and freeze until solid.
  7. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in microwave in 30 second intervals until melted.
  8. Dip each end of the Popsicle into the chocolate and sprinkle with nuts.
  9. Place on parchment lined paper until hardened.
