Smoky spices, liquid smoke and Clamato juice blend perfectly to create these Smokin’ Michaladas which are the ultimate brunch sippers. 

Ingredients

*Vodka is optional.  If you want to leave it out, just add more Clamato juice.

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine ingredients from Clamato original through hot sauce. Stir to combine and refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. When ready to use, rim each of the 8 glasses with lime wedges and then dip into smoky rub.
  3. Add ½ cup ice to each glass.
  4. Divide Clamato mixture equally between each glass, leaving about 1/3 at the top of the glasses.
  5. Top each michelada with beer.
  6. Garnish with celery stick, lime wedge and olives.
