Chicago Style Italian Smoked Sausage Sliders feature Eckrich Smoked Sausage, provolone and giardiniera on a slider roll. A twist on the classic sandwich, you'll love this bite sized version even more!
Ingredients
- 1 package Eckrich Original Smoked Sausage Links
- 12 slider rolls
- 12 slices provolone
- 3/4 cup giardiniera
- sliced banana peppers, optional
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high and grill Eckrich Original Smoked Sausage Links until cooked through about 10-12 minutes
- Slice each link in half and then slice each half lengthwise.
- Place each half onto a slider roll and top with cheese and giardiniera. Serve warm.
